BenjaminSmuttins SAY RESIST.

I only watched the first ep, but I imagine it’s what rich old crypto-fascist fucks whose grandchildren are enrolled at Exeter think modern public school is like.

It’s always “not time to talk about it” with Rebublicans. The UK certainly isn’t perfect but we smacked down on gun control after a mass shooting. It worked. But then we aren’t influenced by the NRA.

Same thought I had about timing my twitter name sensitively: If it’s gun related, it’s never going to be sensitive in the US. So just shit or get off the pot.

For some reason, right now, sitting alone on a park bench eating burrito any which way, sounds like a solid life goal.

Do not suggest that this is some sort of Canadian thing. Burritos may not be indigenous up here but we do know how to eat them the properly. Covered in cheese curds and drenched in maple syrup.

All I know is that if a female pop star walked out of the house dressed like the homeless looking mess Justin Bieber seems to present us with every day, she’d be out of a fucking job. Same goes for the female version of Johnny Depp.

Where’s any post on this, anywhere, on the Gizmodo platform?

(I tried to post this from my phone and it didn’t work, so apologies in advance if it turns out to be a double-post...)

Watched first episode of Hill House. Totally hooked and looking forward to having time to binge watch the rest.

Hi Jezebel, first time thread here. Hope this doesn’t come across as too self involved. This is one of those things you need to preface by saying the prognosis is fine. So going back to the beginning....

Last week my son got hurt in a soccer game. He’s not even sure if it was a kick or a ball hitting him or whatever.

I voted for him today, too! I haven’t been this excited to vote for someone since Obama. It felt good to do that in the midst of a (personally and nationally) terrible week.

I voted for Beto today, and made my boyfriend go too. Feels like one good thing in all the bad today.

Agree. Now I want to find the one from a year or two ago about the woman who found out a couple guys were living in her attic or crawl space or something. that scared the hell out of me. she thought she was going nuts...

Lately whenever I see anything vaguely post-apocalyptic, I chuckle at how any scenario that absolutely required getting my 3 year old to stay focused and follow any sort of instructions would result in our deaths within about 5 fucking seconds.

Yeah, I’m trying to figure out why the author wrote this post since the show isn’t their jam. It’s definitely odd.

When I first came across it on Amazon I thought it “looked” awful, so I ignored it for the longest time. Then a friend mentioned that it was inspired by Joan Collins, so when I was bored one night I decided to give the pilot a shot AND I LOVED IT. But then I found out it was part of a pilot trial, so first I had to

For the longest time I didn’t watch this show because it’s not the kind of show I usually watch. I’m more of a action and mystery show kind of person. I finally watched it after all the talk about it at the Emmy’s, and I loved it. I really loved it, and I wasn’t expecting to even like it. I’m really looking forward to
