BenjaminSmuttins SAY RESIST.

Hi! This is the article I read, on the recommendation of a friend with similar issues. I found it very helpful. The author has written more articles, but this was the one that helped me start to tackle the feeling of helplessness and being frozen in the planning stages. Everything she described was how I felt/acted,

Because a long-term injustice is more righteous than a newly created injustice......?  Fucking pudding brain.

I have this thing. The solution I am currently employing is to just do the first step. Literally, think of the tiniest first step possible, commit to doing only that step, and do it. Don’t let later steps derail you, keep pulling yourself back to the first step. A second note is to stop yourself from going all-in once

The family you make/choose is the best family.  Enjoy your new adventure!  I hope that you will drop in to SNS sometimes to send us beautiful pictures. 😊

From my super clever, super successful, passed the bar on the first try, lawyer neighbor: This sounds like his experience. The teachers throw in questions you won’t know. Get comfortable with the discomfort, know that everyone is in the same boat, try to answer, then shake it off. <- I know this is easier said than

Old, white men - sending this country down the toilet for selfish reasons since the inception! 🤮

I’m not even old enough to remember the Bad Old Days, and I couldn’t make it through the first episode. Noped right out of there.

I would like to emphasize the FOR EVERYONE part of this statement. Federal workers and the military are far from everyone in this country, and the Republican plan to “let” people pay themselves from their retirement plan is a steaming pile of garbage.

This is going to sound paranoid, but I would really consider either:

Hello Jezzies! A general PSA to remember to flag and dismiss, and never feed the trolls. They are out and about this week. 😒

I’m not sure where all of the trolls are coming from, but I’ve been getting more of these types of comments lately too. 😑

I have to give credit where credit is due: a good friend and excellent non-cursing curser gifted this word to me.

Well done! Two birds, one stone + $5,000 raise - the rare employment trifecta!

I have no children, thus no children advice, but my thirties were the best.  Absolutely loved them.  And my forties are shaping up pretty nicely too, so don't fear that number either!  Happy birthday!

On the relatives part:

I had a major career change during that time....so on one hand, maybe? To be fair though, that career change has brought many other changes, including multiple relocations, that are still going on today. So, on the other hand, maybe not?

This is the right call per an internet corresponder, FWIW.  Enjoy a less stressful life without this ragewad.

Agree. Either boyfriend is a controlling maniac OR friend is too wimpy to say that she had a hard week at work and doesn’t want to go anymore. Either way, I am 😒 towards the friend.

God give me the confidence of a mediocre Gizmodo commenting dude bro.

I hadn't run across it before, but it is a great take down.
