Uh… I suck at math, I don't play video games, and I actually know an honest-to-god female scientist. And yes, I have no problem admitting that she is way the hell smarter than I am.

I think his point was more or less that women and men have different interests and that is one of the reasons why there are less women involved, but I could be wrong about that; my main point is that nothing he said was completely insane and beyond the pale even if it is something you disagree with.

He was talking about using facts over subjective opinion, in order to make analysis. Hardly what I would consider douchebaggery.
