@Purple Dave: I think the issue is more with the liquid than anything. They probably point out snow globes specifically because they're a common souvenir item. I'm sure if there was no fluid inside it wouldn't be much of an issue.

I've never really cared for teardown videos, but it's hard not to like one presented so stylishly. And from the related videos links at the end, it looks like this company does the same kind of thing for all the big devices. Pretty awesome.
