Can’t blame Kotaku for this one. It’s two weeks after launch. They’re journalists. It’s their job to cover the game - not only with NEWS articles, but also with OPINION pieces like this. You can’t get mad at other people for wanting to talk about a game, especially when its their job.

Sorry dude, Sakurai’s rules - all Smash characters must originate from a video game. Besides, I doubt any new third parties will get in considering Nintendo almost certainly won’t put in the time to negotiate rights for a DLC character....
