How do you know? Not all LLCs are for-profit.

You can’t tell from the SEC filing that the LLC is for-profit, as an LLC can be a charitable entity in some states (such as Delaware. In fact, you can probably find more than a few single-member Delaware LLCs in the corporate structures of various charitable health-care conglomerates).
