Gov. Rick Snyder and his moronic minions don’t realize that if they don’t fix the problems they’ve wrought in Flint and other suffering Michigan cities, they’re going to lose house (and electoral college) seats in the 2020 census, as people flee his state. More Republican short-sightedness.

“I’ve got to go, Coach. It’s all right. I’m not afraid. Some time, Coach, when the team is up against it, when things are wrong and the breaks are beating the boys, ask them to go in there and convert a fake punt for the Gipper. You know, pretend it’s a tribute to me. I don’t know where I’ll be then, Coach. But I’ll

What a load of rubbish - what organs will be damaged? The fact that we are here as descendants of people who lived before arable farming and processed carbohydrates rather shows the lie to your statements.

I have been a diabetes scientist for 10 years now and what you are suggesting is not very healthy. Yes if you do not eat carbs

I suggest if you want to understand the *current* science and research on this subject, you might want to read "The Art and Science of Low Carbohydrate Living"

But that's not what the ADA recommends. How come you didn't die not eating 250g of carbs a day?

I have successfully used a ketogenic diet to lose significant weight and have put my Type II Diabetes into remission in less than two months. For persons who are insulin-resistant, it can work real wonders. I'm better now at 60 than I have been for many years.
