The IRS is not likely to bring anyone to real justice, though it could revoke the 501(c)(3) exemption and assess them for income tax.

True - her stuff is usually unusually well-researched, well-written, and well-documented.

Bear in mind that a complaint in a civil case doesn’t have to lay out every shred of available evidence.....
