@Zinger314: Only one device can ever truly utilize sidetalking...

@AllSystemsDown: COD4 took place in Pripyat... It is still there and very creepy.

@AΨB: Don't confuse the writers with the tech staff...I am a tech fan with high knowledge, but there is no way I would have been able to substitute for an adequate data security officer...The same could be said of Jason, Kat or any other writer on the site. They put their faith in their admins the same way we

Maybe we could have this article bumped to the top of all Gawker sites for awhile? Seems like a good time to educate everybody on protecting their online identity in case somebody gets their data in a similar attack in the future...Lets all take a step back and examine what we all can do to protect ourselves.

@dthehwang: I would. Just to be safe, you should change your passwords and not duplicate them.

@Dj Orphic is nominal: You terrorist!!!! Of course you are promoting terrorism with your defending of Giz...who is anti Apple (or pro Apple). Everybody knows that being anti (pro) Apple is the leading cause of jailbreaking your iProduct. As Steve Jobs empirically proved...jailbreaking iProducts =terrorism,

@8thManOnTheMoon: I have placed that incident into a hole and act as if it never happened...It is the type of thing you write as a coping mechanism to yourself. I can see his points, but why would you dump this on everybody? It came off as childish in this paragon of "Serious Journalism" :P

@Jason Chen: No way I would ditch. For those above that blame a lack of security/etc...don't seem to realize that this can happen to anybody and when it does, not even encryption will hold forever when the group responsible has physical access to the information.

Brian, Jason, et al...

You should name your recovery effort "Project KOS-MOS"...Her whole reason was to fight off the Gnosis...

@Peter Shultz: I in no way support wikileaks or the Anons...I feel they are fairly amateurish and dont have a firm grasp of things. I support the EFF and freedom in general, but this release just seems a pub grab.

@Red_Flag: WIN! Wanna try Hard Mode?

Can somebody rule 34 this?

@RubiksCube: If only...i cant log into Gawker sites on my iPad...Love that damn iPod XXXXL of mine.

Remote controlled humans? Apple has done this for years...Go out and buy a new iPod every year. ITS MAGICAL!!!!
