Little Giant is the best ladder ever...much more solid than the knock offs (which i have also used...they tended to twist when extended, the Giant is an F'ing metal brick).

@Wraithen: Its called pacing...the same reason why many movies cut out parts of character development...Sometimes the overall flow gets disturbed and brings you out of your action based stupor...even if the character development would create a better narrative, it ejects you from the world you are in.
