I honestly can’t pinpoint a single moment TBH. As a young kid I remember being fascinated by the other cars on the road when my dad was driving us about.

BMWs still sell by the bucketload, soooo....
Actually they seem to have more character than the equivalent VW.
And?
I logged in just to give you this goddamn star.
I’m bemused that we’re supposed to associate the Alpine city of Geneva with Desert Doha.
I loved that generation. It looks so clean and unassuming.
They were probably unaware, judging by one of the links in the article.
But they can’t hire to replace the people they let go (obviously). So manner of departure matters I guess.
Yes, but to be honest, if there’s anything I’ve learnt, especially after the last few years, it’s that unfortunately you can’t really trust people. Cynical I know.
That’s a lot of assumptions in your last line. I’m not American by the way, nor do I reside in America.
You can, like I said, but it’ll just be hugely inconvenient.
Cars ARE necessary, or at least hugely beneficial, for some parts of life, such as carrying bags of groceries home, or ferrying large and heavy items, or driving multiple members of your family/friends around.
This, apparently:
I have a soft bag to contain my laptop and pheripherials, with a handle and small wheels. It will always be carry-on only.
That’s depressing IMO. As an introvert I genuinely much prefer reading and writing over more visual mediums like videos. Text allows you to process the information in your own time and pace as opposed to videos which is literally in your face, ‘right here right now’.
Oof, that is very nice indeed.
I wonder how Doug DeMuro’s Aston is doing...
I love the 80s!
Actually, in my experience, a lot of the time the top of the rim obscures part of the cluster.
