Not with most office phone systems, no. They would have to be an accessory made by the same people who make the phone. Unless you have an ancient, analog phone system, in which case they're everywhere.

Did you look at the chart? A lot of them have about a half-time job under "day job/admin." Besides, Jonathan Ives probably puts in 8+ hours a day on "creative work" as his day job, so the two are not mutually exclusive.
Have you tried Inkscape? Those same people I know swear by it. I opted for the full Adobe CC package and haven't looked back though.

That's a great idea. I mean everybody has an old cellphone lying around, right? It would work to low-jack your car with find my phone or the android device manager.
