I would have serious problems with this. My property has been undervalued since I bought it 17 years ago and that includes a county assessment after some renovation.
My problem with slow cooker recipes is that there is no standard for the low and high settings.
I recently started doing an online video series and I had a terrible time getting over just talking to the camera. I still have trouble talking to the camera when someone is walking past or even worse, paying attention.
Tempting, but I don't think I'm going to spend that much on something I use once a year.

I think if I was doing this, I'd just pour the rubbing alcohol on the thing I wanted to light on fire. Now if you were to mix the alcohol with something that doesn't evaporate so that the corks could be stored in something other than a jar full of alcohol...
$5 for a car mount for my phone and I was all like "yay!" $6 for shipping and I was all like "boo."
Some of us are strange and keep our butter in the fridge because we don't use it often enough to be comfortable leaving it on the counter. And nuking a whole stick to get enough butter for a slice of toast seems wasteful.
In theory, wouldn't investing as early as possible always lead to higher returns? If the money is in the account for longer, it should have more chance to earn (I hate that word in this context) interest.
