I mean...your claim is obviously and provably false. Every new citizen you add is another taxpayer and another consumer who creates jobs by creating demand. You could double the population of the United States and we’d still have enough jobs because you’d have twice as much shit needing to be done.
So I took the bus here in Seattle from Sea-Tac to my house when I flew back from a trip. Bus ride was $3.75 for an inter-county bus (King is $1 in-county, I believe. Trains run from $1-$5 in the area. The expanding light rail system is FREE).
Up until he lost his shit at reporters asking inane questions in the wake of El Paso, I wouldn’t have even considered Beto O’Rourke. But he’s shown that under his incredibly pathetic, vapid open to his Presidential campaign that there’s at least some substance under there that really cares about Texas.
