I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time. I'm in a similar position job-wise, graduated with my master's a little while ago and my job prospects suck just as much as before I went back to school. I hope you manage to find something soon!

Yeah that whole scene was really enjoyable.

Right? It's not a big deal at all. And my friend likes how she looks in glasses. That's why she wears them every day.

I went to see Rush today because I have an epic love of Daniel Brühl. Long story short, Daniel Brühl is my everything (sorry all my other fake boyfriends).

Totally a thing. I've been lucky that all the wedding parties I've been in have had really cool brides - and they always has stories about other people flipping out on them. One friend got into a big fight with her now M-I-L over envelope liners. My friend wanted to save the couple hundred dollars and her M-I-L was

One of the few perks of unemployment: being able to go to movies on weekdays in the middle of the day. Fewer terrible people and cheaper tickets.

Yeah, Sleeping Beauty looks much more details than the others. And I totally love Aurora in the red getup. She looks badass.

This is all sickening but it's the "act like a slut, you'll get treated like a slut" comment that really gets to me. Because as far as I can tell, the only thing this woman is "guilty" of is existing in public. Which is this whole fucked up thing in a nutshell - if you're a woman, it doesn't matter what you do or

Yeah, having too much info beforehand is a big disincentive for me too. Which is part of why I found this so annoying. There's no indication from Don Jon's trailer that Julianne Moore is a significant love interest. I'd have probably figured it out once the characters meet in the movie, but it would have been more

How is reading Jezebel's gossip round up "seeking information"? If I read a spoiler in a review or on a blog post about the movie then I wouldn't complain because it would be my fault. But the information was completely unnecessary in this context and I don't see why it would be a problem to put up a spoiler warning

Still not sure why that means that the ending should be given away on a gossip roundup. And the fact that the movie was shown 9 months ago and in that time I managed not to see spoilers even though I've heard a good amount about the movie from JGL's Tumblr/Twitter and all the film blogs I read, just proves that it's

I agree with you that the marketing of this movie has been godawful. And I totally understand why people get annoyed when they've paid to see one thing and get another, but that's a whole other kettle of fish - that's trailer editors and marketing and PR people and producers trying to recoup the cost of the film.

But no. I spend a lot of time on the internet and I've never accidentally read a spoiler on opening weekend of a movie before.

I'm so annoyed. I'm still going to see it of course but UGH!

And that's all totally valid but

Thank you for your solidarity :-P

Julianne Moore is the movie. Gotta be her.

The trailer presents it as a movie about his relationship with ScarJo and his porn addiction. From this description you can tell he ends up with Julianne Moore and kicks his addiction - that is information I don't want to have going into the movie and there are clearly ways that you could describe the movie's plot

I do want to know more about the middle aged vagina's powers. If only so I know what to expect in 20 years.

I'm still going to see it, but I try to go into movies knowing as little about the plot as possible.
