I don’t know something is fishy because it seems like car Youtubers have a penchant for have exotic car fires.  They also have a penchant for not having a clue how to drive.  Methinks those two aren’t a coincidence.  Just look at Vehicle Virgins and Hoovie’s Ferrari.

Lighten up Francis

Hve you driven an e34 520i by chance? I have driven many, and after driving manual Fits also I can tell you the 520 is a far, far more enjoyable drive.

Did they check if any Ferrari parts got put in?

I’ll counter that. My wife and I have a place on the Outer Banks, not horribly far from Wilmington, BTW. 60 MPH would smash every speed limit on the island, the 4WD and approach/departure angles would be awesome for the beach, and it would take no imagination to turn it into an awesome surf casting vehicle. All in a

The whole Ballaban-Orlove dynamic is just begging for a fanfic.

I like the cut of your jib!    This deserves more stars.

I 100% agree with this sentiment but... it’s sooo cute!  and if I were retired and lived in one of those golf-cart communities I would totally buy this and terrorize the other retirees

Looks like they were innovating way ahead of their time.  The IBM typewriter in the steering wheel firmly predicted texting and driving.

Absolutely!

That deserves a rear 3/4 view as well!

These Mary Kaye bonuses are getting out of hand.

I was thinking Yakety Sax...

Indeed, RIP Mr. Tucker. I like your creation.

Then there was U.S. Steel’s concept car - the Innovari. There was a record album of really nice jazz that they produced as part of the promotion.

The “patch” was probably a bead of epoxy or silicone, which would have held up for a pressure test of the module, but either got knocked loose by launch stresses or was adversely affected by conditions in space. As to how the hole got there in the first place?

Someone (yeesh!) tried to make the concept a reality:

Because in space, the drill rotates YOU !

The torque would also cause the person holding the drill to spin or collect the force created from the drill cause...... no gravity.

Now I picture an astronaut trying to be “stealthy” with some sabotage and ending up just spinning around in zero-g while holding a power drill.
