I hope The Good Place can maintain its humor and charm past the first episode. I worry it could turn into another Last Man on Earth, where it flounders once the premise wears thin.

Yep. It’s one of those rare movies that’s exactly as entertaining as I thought it would be, and hit the exact tone that it needed.

I’ve watched it so many times. It’s one of those special movies where everything comes together perfectly and just “works” for me.

I’m in. Everything clicked for me in the first one.
