What is the issue with trolls on this site? I am seeing more and more out of the grays. Is it ownership attempting to make commentary into a fistfight? Is management (not The Root staff) ungraying trolls? Half the comments here are about a fucking troll. WTF?

Thanks for your insight. I would have been less perturbed if the ‘several large checks’ had been written to the store but they had not. There had never been a bounced check in my 18 years with the bank. I just couldn’t understand why they were all up in my affairs like that.

I’m not going to justify what that fuckhead manager did but as someone who’s the money man for a retailer I can tell you I’ve had plenty of times where I’ve noticed the same name on checks coming through our tills and wondering if this is something I should be watching.

He probably threatened to call the FDIC or the state’s bank regulation agency. They will hand that check back to you in a hurry because they don’t want the suits-and-badges brigade walking through the front door.

Not only was he protected, he was sheltered when special arrangements were made to accommodate his predation. The message is loud and clear, regardless of the danger to his teammates, he is more valued.

I think the point was that one person accepted fault for their actions and politely stepped aside, whereas the other person is forcing their way back on a team that doesn’t even want him there. Oh, and the zero tolerance was against a woman of color while the slap on the wrist was against a white man.

So, after his disgusting behavior, he insists on forcing himself back on to a team consisting entirely of people who are armed with swords and know how to use them? He doesn’t seem too bright.
