One of the few reasons I would ever want to be a politician would be to to say things like, “Members of the assembly, with all due respect, I think we can all agree that our esteemed colleague from the great state of ___________, is a complete fucking shitbird.”

At his age, he knows exactly who/what Buckwheat is and he meant it as a slur. This was some low life bullshit and he meant it to be. This is what white people want representing them? The best they can do? Yall gonna keep FAAFO.  

Yep. I’ve been fully in “I need to be prepared to beat people off of my balcony with an actual cudgel” mode for over a year. And I’m in N.E., in an ostensibly “liberal” area.
