I’m American...we only heard about the funny stuff...but yeah, he sounds like an asshole.
Couldn’t agree me. This is why I shouted with unrepentant glee when I first heard of Scalia’s death. He was a douche. Scalia had hugely negative impacts on tons of peoples’ lives, and if not for Kennedy saving the day on marriage equality, and occasionally on abortion, Scalia would have fucked over even more people.…
Was Rob Ford really that bad of a person? He suffered from an addiction(s), and I’m sure that hurt a lot of people close to him, but at the end of the day his story is more sad than “bad,” imho.
Maybe I’m a callous douchenozzle, but my first reaction upon getting the news alert on my phone about Scalia was to gleefully scream “Scalia’s dead!” And then there was some brief sorrow for his family, and then more unbounded glee.
What about the 2002-03 Buccaneers? Are you saying Brad Johnson is better than mediocre??
I mean, at least the Browns aren’t caving and overpaying for Kaepernick, right??? Baby steps...
Leicester city and these backroom ManU stories are the only things that have gotten this poor Chelsea fan through this season. Thank you Haisley, you’re doing god’s work.
Wait, I thought Rambis was the interim head coach?! Is he really likely to stay on?
I had to get my calculator out for that one... +1^-100
Hmmmm...a religious holiday where a shit ton of people pretend to be Irish (an actual thing that exists) while playing into the worst stereotype of Irish people OR a non-holiday that began as an anti-capitalist performance piece but was hijacked by 25 year old finance bros...
I’d go even harsher: 1 goal, and 5 skaters. So you can protect your starting goalie and your first line basically. This should allow teams to protect any fan favorites, along with the best few players. It’s the salary cap era, like you said, and teams are used to something of a revolving door of players.
House breaking a dog is probably one of the toughest things I’ve ever had to do in my life.
That’s funny...I made the same mistake, but now my dog mostly outgrew it. She’s almost 5. Now she sleeps mostly under the bed, occasionally joining us in bed (with no rhyme or reason to when or why).
I bet this guy was really disappointed that the AABA never got off the ground.
I’m still flabbergasted at $18M/year for Brock fucking Osweiler...
Meh. If Holly Holm sat around for what looks like it’ll be close to a year for Rousey to come back Dana would be bitching about how Holm is just sitting on her belt and not defending, something he’s done in the past.
Just going to throw this out there...once both teams join the league (I’m sure they’ll get the Nordiques in eventually), can we reshuffle the divisions again? It might require doing away with conferences, but here’s my proposal:
Not quite. There were 3 defendants, Marriott (the big mega parent corporation), West End Hotel Partners, LLC (the local franchisee of the Nashville Marriott) and Windsor Capital Group, Inc. (the day-to-day operator on behalf of West End). Marriott was dismissed, as there was no real theory of liability against them.…
Bankruptcy and lack of funds is not a guarantee.
