DUNCAN JUDGE MAKES HOUSE CALL; TIM FREE TO GET HOUSE BOY

Yes, that's where I picked up my "Bite me Fiat boy...Real Men Drive a Beetle" t-shirt.

I guess now he's a maizeball brother.

This might be my favorite Tuesday Night Fights ever, if only for the "White Boy Day" True Romance reference and the "Jorts Warning". Thank you for brightening my Wednesday morning.

I don't know. I haven't heard any reports yet that he smokes the reefer, so we might be in the clear on that one.

Yes, it does say a lot. It says that August is my slow month at work...

Or perhaps an Office Space reboot:

Is he angling for a role in a Count of Monte Cristo reboot?

Somehow I just stumbled upon this thread, that's fifteen minutes of my life I'll never get back, although I was mildly entertained, but I must say, well-played Benway.

After reading that headline, everyone was secretly hoping it was A-Rod right?

Ahhh...slower lower Delaware. Dated a a few chicks from down there at one time or another (and actually a chick from Dagsboro no less). Those were interesting times...

Despite my Yankee-fandom and my defense of A-Rod's lawyer in this particular situation. I absolutely agree with everything you said. I'm just waiting for one of the owners to say "No Pa, Bud's my dog, I'll do it."

Do you expect him to sign a legal document on live TV without having had proper time to review it or think about it? God only knows what type of one-sided bullshit MLB wrote into that waiver. Additionally, this is live TV, this guy came in prepared to discuss this in a certain manner, and was then asked to

Yes. You either get that letter from MLB ahead of time. If he refuses to sign, you can either go ahead with the interview without that, as was planned, and if he invokes "confidentiality" you call his bullshit. Or you don't go after the confidentiality waiver at all and do the interview without it.

No. Just no. Fuck Brian O'Nora.

You're just proving my point about what a scummy, "gotcha" moment they wanted because they want to pile on A-Rod like everyone else. This stunt wasn't about getting viewers, because no one reading about this stunt is tuning into the Today Show tomorrow unless they were already a loyal viewer.

I don't know. I think that's completely scummy by the Today Show. Ambushing a guest? That reeks of unprofessionalism and makes it seem like they have an agenda.

I'm a lawyer, and I don't see anything wrong with her accepting A-Rod's money. Lawyers are allowed to legally accept payment from third parties provided the lawyers' client (in this case Bosch) accepts and the lawyer maintains their fidelity to their client and not the person making the payment.

I'm a great family man.

Phenomenal. Great work.
