Caffeine after 6pm = restless legs and feet all damn night. I'm a habitual late-to-sleep late-to-rise person (the professional life really messes with that), but am happiest when I do the early-to-bed early-to-rise thing. So I dunno to which chronotype I actually belong. But evening caffeine really kills me.

I'm dead certain I learned more important social skills in the music classes than I did in any other aspect of high school. I had a couple terrific teachers/directors.
