Me, too.  I’ve occasionally noticed the problem on other forums but it seems especially reliable on The Takeout.  Literally can’t even see comments other than the first part of whichever one happens to be on top.

Saying, “I need an ID to buy a candy bar with my credit card so why shouldn’t I need my ID to vote,” is a false equivalence, but it has the appeal of being logically sound on the surface. And that’s why politicians have found voter ID laws to be such a potent weapon.

I have to respectfully disagree and point out that voter ID laws are objectively racist in that they disproportionately effect poor communities of color.

It’s not just U turns, it’s ANY turn. I frequently see people swing out left to make a right hand turn into a parking lot, side street, etc, when they can clearly make it

so I just pick up the Pulitzer or it’ll be delivered or

I can’t stand drivers carrying slideshows on top of their cars. It’s a new fad here, and it seems to just be getting worse. Why must the do it. My past pet peeve was drivers that don’t use their turn signals, but these new slideshow drivers are just too damn distracting

Too beat up for the price. Si’s are fantastic little cars, don’t get me wrong, but I expect better condition for a 20 year old car asking this kind of price.
