Nah man. There’s noise and then there’s noise. Everything is massively louder already because of the buildings. That doesn’t mean people want their ears blown out.

Have to hard disagree here. Noise ordinance is set at the local level. You can legally buy an air horn but can’t legally blow it outside your neighbors window at 11pm.

Nah. I’m in the trades and a van is a pain in the ass. I’ve got a large tool box behind the cab, my other tool boxes are in the bed and remain unstolen for the last 30 years.

The issue here is the people buying these things want the name truck but the functionality of a car. The stuff in my truck gets wet. What i want dry goes in the tool box.

If the bed doesn't fit a sheet of drywall it's pointless to have a truck.

It’s a titanic waste of time. The previous system was fast and effectively sold the mental idea of picking locks. The new system is massively slower and basically takes the tedium of the hacking mechanic and ports it over too locks.

Seems like the entire point of the game was obviously to comment on colonialism right? And by using these mechanics one could shed light on the nature of imperial projects, the often raw economic logic behind these projects and the calculus of the underlying systems. Right?

Seems extremely bizarre to say an hour an a half is “long before most games get good.” Is this really so? Generally if a game is not good for an hour and a half it’s not a good game.

The problems with the game have nothing to do with the actress. I don’t think I’ve seen anybody criticize her frankly. The problem is the script is just dreadful and the game itself is a mess.

It’s not though. As someone with a history of trauma and someone whose career is centered on treating that trauma this is a stereotype and nothing more.

Come on. It is quite possibly the most ham fisted, cliche ridden drivel that’s ever been put to page. Joyce Carol Oates this is not. It’s not enough to hand wave it because it’s a certain genre. It even does it’s genre conventions badly.

Dude. Games and film are different media. The Halo show was a titanic failure of story telling and it’s ham fisted efforts to meld gameplay and film are hilariously dreadful.

Economic downturn? The issue is and economy running insanely hot with tremendous wage and price growth despite the fastest rate hikes in 40 years.

It’s quite clearly a rate people can live on. 

And $15k wil do just that. It’s literally 50 percent of the median American yearly wage for a few days. There’s no possible way to make that wage and not consider yourself in the very top of the economic elite in this nation.

Is it true? Why? If that’s the wage offered to the VA in a game where acting and narrative aren’t even critically important to the game then it sounds like everything is A-OK.

A fair living wage huh? Rich people never cease to amaze me. She was offered 50 percent of the median income for an American worker. For a week of work.

Far cry is not very good but that’s basically because it’s NOT a corridor shooter. In fact the only good thing about 5 were the linear shooter missions.
