I just switched to Android, leaving me stuck in the middle of compatibility wars between the two companies. The “Android File Transfer” for Mac hasn’t been updated since it was released in 2012 and guess what? It doesn’t work with Google’s very own Pixel. They clearly don’t give a shit about Mac users.

I think some of the criticisms that people posted are fair. The first model literally wasn’t capable of synching with a Windows PC. If they would have kept the thing Mac / FireWire only, it would have never taken off.
