Cutting to different characters is fine, Game of Thrones does it all the time, but you can’t fucking do it in the middle of a scene like that. It was just really sloppy editing, and a glaring mistake for a show of this caliber to make on opening night.

I loved the premiere, everything was paced pretty evenly, and the writing was solid, but one point did stick out to me. Towards the climax, after the “Mars” ship comes out of stealth-mode, the show makes the decision to cut to a random scene with Holden...right in the middle of a dramatic action sequence.

Those poor bastards....

There are about half a dozen or more stories with the phrase “children of the forest,” I actually got the idea from a short medieval story from the 70’s.

I never had any to begin with.

I’m entered in this, and currently in second place (with my measly 18 sales)!

Am I allowed to plug my own book? I’m going to plug my own book.

Hey, here’s a brilliant idea.

There is too much going on and it’s making me mad.

I also have to question succeed. Because that movie was a pretty notorious flop. I love it to death (more than the series, even) but a $40 mil budget and $38 mil return doesn’t scream ‘success story’.

Speaking as someone who is attempting to self-publish, I can definitely say I’ve seen my fair share of promising material that needed the deft-touch of a proper editor. That’s what I really like about the Inkshares page. They let you hit your goal based on the quality, but offer a staff of editors to “punch up” the

Going to take the chance to plug my own crowd-sourced novel, which is currently over half-way to receiving a limited, e-book, release. Pre-orders cost nothing (if it doesn’t reach its goal, you aren’t charged) and you can grab a copy for as low as $10.00, as long as you are comfortable with an e-book only.

Nostalgia isn’t affecting anyone. The original SC and its expansion told dark and gritty stories, with various shades of grey clashing against one another. Mengsk was far more interesting when he was portrayed as a man implied to have once held respectable ideals, but now having become corrupted by the brutal

I think some of the movies have worked well (Casino Royale is the greatest bond film of all time) but Spectre really felt like it needed more time. Most of my major gripes could have been solved with more development.

Ive been back and forth on that, but it was put forward by several that it doesn't hurt to share keywords with famous properties, for searches and such. I like the title personally (I did choose it, after all-haha) because of its reference to the overarching ideas in the story. The book(s) are very much an ensemble,

The new Bond film “Spectre” would have worked as an 8 episode season, rather than the cramped film we got.

I’ve been hit or miss (mostly miss) with my goals so far this month. I’m actually trying to self-publish through Inkshares.com, after entering the Nedist contest not too long ago, but work and and other obligations continually pull me away from my keyboard.
