Not really. Japan electricity costs are $0.28/kWh vs $0.15/kWh in the US. They have idled a lot of nuclear plants due to the scare after the tsunami. They don’t have a lot of spare electricity to waste on the inefficient hydrogen process.

A troll is someone who intentionally spreads misinformation while knowing it is false. It has nothing to do with disagreeing with him, the guy simply made up conspiracy theories left and right. And when his conspiracy theory was proven false he would jump to the next one.
