He’s none of those things, and you have no idea what you’re talking about.

He wouldn’t want you as a client, nor would I, because you don’t understand basic law but think that you do.

No, they performed the job -- but they performed it negligently.  That’s why the shop is on the hook for $40k.  There was nothing fraudulent about what the shop did, which is what the Michigan statute is mean to guard against.  Rather, what the shop did was incompetent, and again, that’s why they’re on the hook for

The lawyer didn’t drop the ball at all.  In fact, the plaintiff’s lawyer made a very creative argument in order to recover the $70k in attorney fees.  It ended up being the wrong argument, but he didn’t drop the ball on anything.  He still got a $40k verdict, and he’ll take a percentage of that verdict while the

Yes, that’s his position, and that’s the right position.

Because people want a bunch of stupid bells and whistles in their car.

Unless it’s a Lotus, any sports car that you get these days is going to be a pig.

This is John Elway’s car.

How has the marketing department Kia not hired you yet?

Very good point.  However, much like the Browns, Quadroblahblah barely ever works.  It’s more like the idea of a car rather than an actual car, much like the Browns are only a professional team in theory.

If you’re a Browns fan, you’re used to watching shit on the field, eating shit in the stands, and feeling like shit after the game.

I disagree. I see them more as the Alfa Romeo of the NFL.

Kia started out building cheap cars that were pretty awful. Now, however, they’re building very good cars that are desirable and, dare I say, interesting.

The Cleveland Browns history is not that.

Sure, why not?

The Cleveland Browns uniforms have always looked like shit, the team has played like shit for years, the ownership has consistently shit all over a great fanbase, their quarterback talks a lot of shit, their owner is always doing a lot of illegal shit, the notion that this team will ever win anything is
