The project tracker didn't really help us that much.

It isn't that I don't think Valve won't make Half-Life 3, it's a matter of when and it just makes me angry l4d3 is getting first dibs on source 2.

I've known about the other leak, and it doesn't help me think HL3 will come out first because L4D3 seemed to have a lot more going on with more folders (like sound design and stuff).

That sounds plausible, I wouldn't doubt it really.

It isn't like I hate l4d anyways, it's just that since we don't know anything about hl3 it feels like there could be something going wrong or a potential release could be years from now.

Everything is made from scratch, all levels are in some way reworked and not exactly the same.

The voice acting is done from scratch, including sound effects.

Pretty much everything that half life source should have been, that's the reason the mod was made.

This was a really cool video, and it makes me even more bitter about the inevitable l4d3 reveal if that leak was completely legit.

The fan inside me says half life 3 comes first, but that isn't looking likely at this point.

Honestly though I am expecting 4 to suck, ID hasn't made anything good in forever.
