This is the sort of game I'd want to play on PS3 considering little precise aiming or multiplayer is involved. I have other options in playing the game and its DLC, but it sure is a raw deal to those who only have a PS3. Bethesda and/or Sony should do better by them. :(

And women don't want to get involved because, hey, look at how they are portrayed in the comic/gaming industries' products and how they are treated in the workplace. It's a cycle that men probably have more than a little obligation to try breaking, all things considered. It sure isn't fair of them to hand wave it away

You know how players can manage their time with this game? By not wasting any playing it.

That's missing the point. What is being addressed here is -why- the two sexes are depicted as they are in comic books.

You're completely missing the point if what you are taking away from this is that you think I'm saying "females can never be allowed to be attractive".

But all the female members of the main cast are defined by their sexuality, while you don't have male characters like Robin or The Riddler swaying their hips or flashing a little midriff in a cutscene that lingers on their ass before doing they finally do their crime-fighting or riddling.

And Harley Quinn and Poison Ivy and Talia al Ghul? Come on, the only women that you ever see in that game that aren't police or rescue workers are made to look as stupidly degrading with as much bare skin and cleavage as possible. The men on the other hand can be either a power fantasy with impossibly huge necks or

While playing Arkham City, I never could figure out how exactly the designers could justify some of the costume choices for the female characters with a straight face.

Too hawt.

How about some classic 8-Bit Theater?

"Whether or not BioShock Infinite's cover should feature the game's protagonist (which is a BioShock first) or its main adversary (as the last two covers have)[...]"

Is the smaller bust size option there so we can have a female (mecha) character not look like an anatomically-ridiculous Betty McBattleboobs? Or is it there for those that just want the mecha to look modeled after a young girl? I *want* to believe the former, but with it being officially described as "fetish" I'm not

I just wish they'd release one of these "do everything" controllers at launch more often than the current trend of releasing barely supported hardware peripherals bit by bit. I have to admit that Nintendo may have done just that with their Wii U gamepad, if only at the expense of cost or easy replacement.

Two years ago? I thought it was more like one year?

Final Fantasy XIII only knows melodrama. It calms down only when someone collapses from "the power of grief" or "the pain of sadness" or something as equally corny.

"And what about 'Story', Square-Enix? Where is 'Story' on your list? ...Why are you now brandishing fashion magazines in response?"

To be fair, a lot of adults are going for that style these days, like Pendleton Ward. Not a bad style, mind you! We could be witnessing the start of a very successful pop artist.

We all know Square-Enix can make a pretty piece of software. But "can they write a decent story anymore" is, I think, the more important thing to ask.

Nope, I just keep hearing the same examples like those cited above over the years. Aside from maybe Pixar, there's no love between me and Disney.

Yes, okay, fine. Disney ripped off part of an anime that one time. Can we just call it even with this One Piece example and not bring any of it up constantly any more? For a few years at least?
