Uh oh. Tom Hanks is gonna do an accent again.

My issue with the weekly drops is timing. Or I guess I should say my issue is waking up in the morning and already seeing spoiler headers for the latest Disney+ show episode that dropped at 12AM Pacific.
I don’t think anybody has really figured out the optimum release schedule for streaming shows. Cynically, I think one reason that a lot of services release shows weekly is to hook people into subscribing for multiple months. Especially if they release something new every 2 - 4 weeks. That way they can get people…
I’m looking forward to the return and last season of Motherland: Fort Salem. I’m rather surprised at myself how much I’ve enjoyed the series; I’ve especially enjoyed the background details of its alternate history.
The appeal of Blood & Honey will depend entirely on if you’re willing to meet the movie halfway on its premise, and aren’t immediately turned off by the idea of children’s characters being turned into murderers or having some dark, edgy backstory.
I really don’t understand why they haven’t brought back Maggie Q or Paula Patton. Technically, Rebecca Ferguson’s character isn’t part of IMF, and I'm sure Michelle Monaghan's arc is over. And in hindsight with her work on The Americans, losing Keri Russell on III was a big waste.
If you only want to watch one episode of Stranger Things per week, you can.
Hush now troll, the grownups are talking.
Wow. You can see the future! Can I borrow your crystal ball to get tonight's Lotto numbers?
Anson Mount is also painfully charming. I’m liking his take on Pike.
Yeah, but Phase I was pretty much standalones with minor connections and there was no real sense of a larger story until The Avengers, the sixth movie in the franchise, which introduces Thanos... in a post-credits scene. And the sense of a larger narrative involving Thanos and Infinity Stones didn’t emerge until three…
People ask the question of what’s next after Endgame while missing that Phases 1-3 took 10 years of storytelling to get there. It was 6 years before Thanos actually had a line of dialogue in Guardians of the Galaxy and he only appeared in about 1/6th of the movies released in that time, mostly as cameos.
“It will be years before we get another End Game payoff.”
And that one took 11 years to reach in the first place!
Neither are primary canon. One could make the argument that with the multiverse stuff and all, that they are canon by way of alternate universe, but they arent canon in the primary universe where the mcu we have watched thus far takes place. And I say this as someone who likes Agents of Shield. Inhumans, not so much.
I hope that. I read yesterday that Olsen has not signed a new contract yet but that is apparently her tactic, and that there was an idea (from not totally official sources) about a Scarlet Witch standalone movie.
If this is the end of Scarlet Witch I am royally pissed.
If they somehow explain that the red glow at the…
Think of it as waving your left hand to distract you from what your right hand is doing as we don’t know who else is on that Illuminati panel other than Mordo and the voice we think is Professor X from an earlier trailer. Well, I actually do known since I saw the movie, but I’m not gonna spoil anything.
Well that shield is a hell of a spoiler in the Dr. Strange trailer. Maybe not “spoiler” so much as a cameo I’m surprised they were okay revealing.
Legacies is a VFX-heavy show though (...I think) and all shows are relevant to the point BeauBurnside was making.
Totally should have called herself the Happy Hippo.
Absolutely. I would definitely watch a 45 minute or longer episode of Layla and Tawaret having brunch. Tawaret is just a complete delight.
