They all get salary increases for subsequent movies as well as when the box office passes certain benchmarks. Hemsworth was paid about $150,000 up front for the first Thor movie, because he was a complete unknown, but he certainly gets a lot more now even if it is still part of the original contract.

It would be nice if Hollywood works that way. All I know is that I am paying them to see the movie in New York which has the highest ticket prices anywhere, so how much they are making individually is pretty much beside the point.
