Have you ever heard of the rule of cool? Did it make sense for Valkyrie to suddenly have a Pegasus when they’re supposed to be dead? No, but it was awesome.

To be fair it is still a dangerous substance that can cause real health problems to people so it’s understandable that authorities would want to investigate and punish people for its use.

I feel like that sort of ignores the realities of these guys’ life in those cities though. They’re not living in dirty, cramped conditions. They’re not digging their cars out of snow. They’re not concerned about rent costs.
