To be fair, only a relatively small area of WI refers to it as a bubbler. That and like, some weird pocket out by Boston or somewhere. No one else does, as far as I can recall.

Eh, it’s Muskegon. Not surprising.

This times a million. If you can’t afford to tip...go to fucking McDonalds or else just eat at home. Your server shouldn’t have to bear the brunt of that situation.

Yeah but then you’ll get stuck doing other chores instead of laundry. Have fun cleaning the toilet while I’m outside hanging up laundry on a nice day, bub.

Ugh. NO! Not cool. This is one of the main reasons I handle laundry at our house. Gotta respect the fabrics!

I’m guessing that this Grodaeu person also is not aware that most good quality bras (daily use, mind you, not even anything frilly!) cost a goddamn arm and a leg and therefore do NOT go in the washing machine. Hand washing really isn’t that difficult or time consuming...

His outfit in that picture really isn’t helping the situation. He looks like the “cool professor” you had back in the 70s.

Good lord.

He spams every article with garbage about how Bernie is the One True Hero who is going to save us all and fix everything. Probably a splinter writer trolling everyone with their burner account.

Someone needs to sneak in a copy of the Darwin Awards book and put it next to it on the shelf.

This is amazing and I can’t stop watching it. The “Curb” theme there is *chef’s kiss*.

I recently read a book about deaths in the Grand Canyon and it is BAFFLING just how easily preventable and stupid a lot of those deaths have been.

As someone with a former park ranger sibling, I’ve heard WAY too many stories of people getting hurt doing stupid shit, and then having the gall to get mad at the park for “allowing” them to get hurt or not be rescued immediately within a few minutes.

Sounds like someone’s salty that their basic-bitch Instagram photo got called out.

What, did one of your basic-ass insta posts get ripped on by him or something?

YES. Gimme sone of that 1930s/1940s feedsack print please.

Starred for user name.

Toile de Jouy (aka just ‘toile’ as we know it) was originally a hand printed fabric created in the 1700s and used only for decorative purposes, not clothing. It generally had pastoral scenes and was a huge hit with the fashionable folk to use in decorating.

Yes! That’s what toile was originally used for when it was created in the 1700s and I will accept nothing else! *historical costuming nerd out*
