I get the aesthetic thing. As for the bun, it’s probably something you’d need to experience to understand. It’s definitely hard to describe it but it’s just a much better mouth feel. Way different than sliced bread, it’s a much denser bread but very soft. I hope you can try it one day.

I only ever experience it at Sonic. Those dogs are slippery and there’s no room for error with those buns so I’m often left with a bun covered in relish. I will always prefer a dog that hangs over the side for this reason. Perfection.

No that’s some weird homemade version. It’s just like a regular bun but instead of the “crust” on the sides it has delicious soft bread. It's also easy to toast, as evidenced in this beautiful, BEAUTIFUL photo.

The thing is New England hot dog buns are VASTLY superior to regular buns but NYC hot dogs are just overpriced boiled meat on stale buns. Don't get me wrong, I've eaten hundreds of them but they're no New England bun is what I'm saying.

In Syracuse we have a fast food restaurant devoted entirely to hot dogs and so I have even less of a reason to buy this, but I will, because I’m broken.

This, this, this. People underestimate how much the brain does. I can’t speak for game designers but it’s definitely something I was taught in art school. I’d assume if it’s used in fine arts it’s used in all other arts, games included.

I liked how New Vegas did it. I finished the “urgent” part of the game right away and the rest of it wasn't particularly time sensitive and anyway there were so many factions it seemed no matter what you did it made sense in the scope of the story.

I don't get what you mean by habit but the money really is that good. I can make in one day what takes weeks with another client. Plus I get to just talk to people all day and eat fancy food then work the other six days of the week in sweat pants. ❤️
