Phenomenal track. Watching these videos is doing nothing to stop my increasing desire to build a dedicated HPDE car.

What’s left in your garage to keep the dream alive?
Who cares. Happy to pay a premium, if only other brands understood they could pass on development and tooling costs for lesser-tech options.
I’ll believe it when I see it.
Give Porsche credit where due as they have listened to customer (and industry) feedback. We saw this with the 911R / GT3 Touring, return of the manual in GT3 trim and more stripped out driving ethos models.
Turo and Shift (online dealer) have been awesome for test drive capabilities in a real environment. I was able to test drive an M2 in the Canyons and shortly thereafter a 1M on empty roads in a local industrial park - both immensely more eye-opening than a stoplight ridden dealer strip and highway blast.
Not gonna happen, its not a volume mover and never will be. BMW partnered with Toyota just to make it a reality. Gone are the days of M division mad scientists unfortunately
The RS3 competes against the M2, there is no business case for them to develop anything smaller at an M level.
Great looking Bimmer! Glad it made its way back to the family. We are expecting and I hope I can keep onto the cool car(s) long enough to earn such stories.
Declining car sales made for the easiest trade-in/purchase transaction I could ever envision. The only problem is now the fleet needs to remain as-is for the next few years after 4 car purchases and 3 sales in the last 2 years - not wise on the bank account...
I drove with it fully up for ~3 miles, all neighborhood at <35mph.
I used the hatch glass for a Home Depot trip last weekend - I must confess I didn’t even know it opened separately at the time of purchase.
With strong rumors swirling about Audi bringing more wagons stateside could BMW see the err in their ways? A generation raised in minivans is starting to come into some wealth - is there hope to buck the SUV and minivan trend??
It’ll become immediately evident I have daydreamed of such a scenario, but for brevity sake - blank check to BBI to help build me an indestructible do-it-all Porsche 993 GT2. Zero desire to own a car I cannot drive in all situations due to rarity and value
Mazda Miata RF and BMW Z4M coupe - would love to pamper the wagon more but it drew the short straw.
Just make sure you get snow tires. Pictured: my MN all wheel drive steed actually on snow tires, unlike many many people here.
A queue and personal space is very much an American and European thing - every person for themselves elsewhere.
AWD, there are two RWD sports cars in my garage and certainly enjoyed the discounted price on the wagon.
I try not to mention my fanatic obsession with cars in the first few interactions with new people (dating, work, etc.). It can be polarizing and occasionally people feel obligated to bring cars up even if they have no clue or interest.
As an original 2013 FRS owner (until 2016) the Supra is right up my alley, can we all agree an MT is coming in a special edition so stop teasing us! aka JUST SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY
