A powder meal replacement as a daily staple, haven’t studies already proven this to be detrimental to your health? Let’s not forget how affordable (and normal) it is to buy cheap healthy groceries and cook your own food.

I too attended the Supra (BMW) launch at Summit Point (Road America) this week - wait what!?
We lived in a place for two years where people were not allowed to back in per the HOA, as to maintain uniformity and protect against damage to landscaping. For the record I parked in an underground garage next a giant concrete pillar, one which I preferred to have on my drivers side. A few folks with nicer cars…
Will definitely give it a shot, pretty keen on MT right now which means the bigger engine version is out
It was in jest... most car thefts are destine for a chop shop or smash n grab and not a future owner.
The first rule about MT anti-theft is you do not talk about MT anti-theft. Everyone reads the internet, now these future car jackers are out there learning MT, how to locate kill switches or simply flat-bed my P.O.S. car.
What is the consensus on driving dynamics? About 4 months out from needing a 4-door, MT preferred, year-round fun do-it-all car. My wife sees the Golf R or an MT sedan as her only options, other options being too boy racer or sloppy interior.
Yes, on my list if I ever get a small windfall of car funds haha. Currently rocking the S54, evolve intake, BWM CSL headers and a stromung catback.
Frankly sir Catchpole’s commentary is spot on, until he compares the sound to the likes of a Mclaren F1. The CSL is a unique and good sound, I would not laud it as one of the best in production cars - even as an owner of two inline-six BMW cars.
The dealers in my region rarely carry models I am interested in looking at, moreover they are often known to “disallow” test drives on sportier or special edition platforms.
Half the people I know would be unable to find the hood release so...
Matt Farah has a good phrase - avoid tuning out of class. If you are dumping enough funds into the car where the bill now surpasses an arguably better option you have failed.
You lost me after Z3 coupe project, tell me more.
I’ll admit to watching an F1 race in its entirety for the first time. Netflix “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” drew me into the team, driver and engineering drama
Search required it to be manual, necessitating a wider radius. I am quickly learning the wagon nuts are more mental than the rest of us enthusiasts. Plate removal is on the docket, unfortunately its mounting (and removal) is not obvious at first glance
My wife and I brought a used car sight unseen (PPI) 1200 miles back from Charlotte, NC this past fall. Fun adventure through the Blue Ridge Mountains, fantastic BBQ and eventually snow in WI/MN
Even though our love/hate relationship is entering only its fourth year, I would have an terrible time parting with this car - pictured here making way towards its new home / garage.
The difference between an extraordinary classic car and a piece of paper investment... lots of $$$ apparently.
Agreed, but the model only fends off depreciation for the next 2-4 years - no real appreciation anytime soon. When playing the percentage game it certainly helps to enter a higher price mark, if you have the coin.
Still have to wait a while for prices to spike across the market, BMWs have been moving upwards a lot slower than their more exotic counterparts. E92 is bottoming out, but I wager it’ll sit at the bottom for years.
