As a C5 guy I can attest. C5 with TF39 is whining, grinding loud. Permanent ear damage loud. B-1 on takeoff and climb is loud, like Freedom loud. Love it. The B1 is prob louder. The loudest aircraft I’ve ever been around is a damn Harrier. Freaking loud.
