That’s my big problem with The Grinch; everybody’s a jerk. We expect the Grinch to be a jerk, but the Whos down in Whoville are just the fucking worst. So when Grinch steals their presents, you think, “Good! Fuck those guys!”

Sadly they only go horizontal and not vertical though. I have a faux roomba, very happy with it, but it still needs my assistance.
Could be because we still have skin, and pets.
I asked a retied Police Chief I know “If I call in and with concern of someone driving erratically, not necessarily under in the influence, do the police follow up with that license plate?”
The answer was unfortunately, no.
I have often heard that you should never buy a car manufactured on a Monday or Friday. Is there any factual (read: proof) of this?
Just as long as it wasn’t built by these guys. (HINT: It probably was)
You’ve never seen my Roomba drink.
I know so many people who would have followed - and given - this man’s advice, and they died with a huge bank account that they never had the chance to spend, after a lifetime of hard work, barely taking vacations or time off.

The average salary for a pharmacist is well into six figures. She’ll be fine. It’s not like she took out $200,000 worth of loans for a degree in comparative lit, med school degrees actually pay off.
Aside from assuming facts not in evidence— the author may not even be in school debt, or even if she is, her chosen career may be perfectly capable to rendering those debt (and retirement investment) concerns moot— the fact is, life is a terminal condition, and it is absolutely not worth living unless you take the…
