That is not why the electoral college exists. It existed as a way for small states to not be ruled by the tyranny of the majority, in the same way that both houses of Congress are set up (where the smaller the state you have, the more outsized your influence is).

I believe you should take some grade school civics classes to understand how the electoral college, and government as a whole, functions if that is your perspective.
