After a mechanical issue delayed my flight by 14 hours, I had to spend the night in the in-airport hotel in Dubai. It was such a pleasant surprise. I walked into the little hallway and I was instantly transported somewhere not-an-airport. So well put together and insulated, I didn’t hear a thing!

That sounds very fun. I don't like talking to strangers so I've never almost missed a flight because of a conversation but I've been really close because I've decided to wait in line for a breakfast burrito...on numerous occasions.

A lot of things suck about air travel, and employees do not give a flying F.u.c.k about helping you and I get the frustration but does anyone else LOVE airports anyway?
