I agree, its fairly arrogant to believe we control mother nature.

no no no no no when the man at the bottom reports the risk the man at the top does the math, and decides based on possible losses.
The environment is extremely important. It’s also amazingly powerful and doesn’t need any help. Mother nature can easily shake us off without a problem and will if needed. Hopefully all the eco-nazis and their battery powered cars will be first.
For these people it’s all about math, that’s their job, a spreadsheet. You think the scene in Fight Club was made up?
You still don’t get it. The environment is much more important than human lives. It has been ever since the late-90s, and there’s not a thing you can do about it.
68,000 actual Freedom Bucks?!?!?! hahahahahaha, I can’t breath I’m laughing so much. BIG MASSIVE SMOKING CRAP PIPE (I like it, a lot even but not at even half that price AND I don’t care how much VW busses go for these days, the people who pay those prices need a reality check!).
That’s a big twinkie.
Well done. Excellent super sleuthing for which you get a Scooby Snack.
Like my name says, no more German cars. That’s because I’ve owned many classic MBs which gave me a friendship to my Mercedes mechanic. Hans has assembled and disassembled so many w123s, w124s, w126s, and w210s that he will still be able to work on them after he sprays brake cleaner into his eyes. He will,…

How many miles after the warranty expires will it literally fall apart? 10, 15?
At that price you could get a well equipped mid engine trim Mustang or camaro or a base model Mustang gt, maybe a base camaro ss if you can find a dealer with a big sale willing to make a deal.
my ex wife’s family was full of UAW in Lansing. I remember mentioning the non union plants in the southeast and that those employees were happy and well paid. The sister in law said “those people are just happy to have jobs” to which my response was, aren’t you? Difference being they have a better chance of having…
It’s not good that the jobs are gone, but it’s difficult to feel sympathy for those who feel entitled to high paying jobs in an area where the median household income is under $50k (and surrounding areas are much lower).
There was a GM plant about 10 minutes from where I grew up, and it was the one that built Tahoes/Suburbans (Janesville, WI). When it closed down, the former workers there thought every blue collar job in the area was beneath them since they didn’t pay $25/hour+ for their high school diploma.
