I feel the same. I don’t think I ever used the NSMB aesthetic in Mario Maker. I preferred SMB3 style and it looked rather pretty in HD.

Mario Maker showed that the SMB3 can actually look pretty in HD. I much preferred making levels with SMB3 and SMB than with the NSMB style.
It’s not because you are older, it’s because that’s exactly what happens with stock out. Being on stock out is the absolute worst thing that can happen to a company in terms of sales. Contrary to what everyone thinks here, being on stock out is not a business strategy, you don’t get good pr and you can incur in…
Being on stock out is not a business strategy. It results in bigger losess than inventory carrying cost and causes bad pr.
I seriously hope they implement things like the climbing. Currently playing both BotW and Andromeda and every time I play Andromeda, I freaking miss being able to climb any surface.
They could also have a segment showing the different biomes and explaining what you can find there. That alone could make for a big manual.
This makes me think it would have been pretty cool if the physical version of Minecraft had a manual. With how creative that team is, I bet it would had been very funny and neat.
Yeah, that’s basically how it goes with Nintendo. Damned if they do, damned if they don’t, no matter what they do, someone’s gonna be upset.
That would be one of the most insane decisions they can do, but I can totally see them capable of doing something crazy like that. It’s amazing how many great IPs Nintendo has and doesn’t use because one game wasn’t as big of a hit as they expected. And it’s particularly aggravating when they resurrect a franchise…
I don’t think Nintendo would flat out stop making Zelda games. They might cut down on the smaller scale projects, but to flat out stop Zelda would be a disastrous decision. Outside of Mario and Pokemon, Zelda is their other big franchise and in terms of critical reception, it has almost always been the highest one.
Nah, in this case the best version will be on the Switch. The reason why the GC version of TP was better than the Wii was because it didn’t have the tacked on motion controls, but everything else was the same. There are some performance differences with these two, including draw distance and resolution. Plus the…
Oh definitely, those thousands aren’t a guarantee that you are gonna get the same numbers. But what I mean is that in terms of the power struggle, the low barrier to entry for being a youtuber actually diminishes theses personalities’ power in the whole structure.
Youtube as a whole is far bigger and more powerful than any of them or even all of them combined, because of exactly what you just said, anyone can post a video and get recognition. For every star, there are thousands upon thousands willing to take their place and play according to Youtube’s rules. On the other hand,…
This is what people like Pewdiepie and those who have risen thanks to the “lol so random” internet community don’t understand. Context is essential in comedy, in reality the core of comedy is pain and humor is almost always at someone’s expense. Context is that key ingredient that can turn what are otherwise offensive…
Youtube seems to be a very toxic place for commenting on stuff. Seems like most of the community views thing in black and white and is prone to start a flamewar in a matter of seconds. This is why I steer clear of the comments section and just stick to watching stuff.
Especially on Youtube.
Ahh sorry, I misinterpreted and thought you meant that the code wasn’t originally in the game. That someone had to retroactively put it in. That game is barely playable without that code.
Try to beat all the SNES games? Though I imagine that would be even more time consuming.
This is very impressive, especially considering how horrible some of those games are. Dr Jekyll is the stuff of nightmares, for all the wrong reasons.
I’m confused, the game doesn’t provide the code? So how did it came to be then, was it modded or something like that?
