As much as I enjoyed Odyssey, it was really overwhelming. The moment I truly felt overwhelmed was when I finished the main storyline and it turned out I still had two major questlines, more than one hundred sidequests and like 6 major dlc questlines. I still haven’t finished any of the dlc.
Syndicate for me is the ultimate version of Brotherhood. It took everything that was great in that game and improved upon it, sidestepping almost all of the missteps of III and Unity.
