I know it’s still coming to Wii U and this was expected for a long time. But can I say that I feel somewhat cheated? I mean, it just annoys me because the delay is obviously so that the game can come out on NX’s launch, but dammit, I got a Wii U because of this game, I been waiting for this game for like 3 years and

I’m inclined to believe that this is more than likely fake.

Judging by the top comment here, you are definitely right on that one.

The “Politics isn’t a game” sign has to be the most ironic thing about this.

I dunno, I been having a blast with Dark Souls on PC. Already sank like 15-20 hours. No issues so far.

Comments like this is why I love this place.

This is precisely why I have never attempted to make a living out of gaming. Gaming has always been my escapism tool, what I use when the pressures of life get to me. While it sounds fun to get money by playing, in theory it just turns what you love into a chore.

I see it as basically the modern equivalent of wanting to be a rockstar. It’s the cool thing everyone wants to be, but few can manage to get to the top.

At best, judging by Pewdiepie (who might as well be the standard or goal of streamers), at best, the high of streaming is being able to jump from it to the actual entertainment industry.

Don’t think so. Pewdiepie is by far the most successful one and it seems like his goal nowadays is to slowly move from streaming and into the actual entertainment industry.

And because of a movie with Sean Bean apparently.

That’s because thanks to the internet, mob mentality is back in full force.

No, no, I understand the respect and admiration. I understand why he has a fanbase. What I mean, however, is that Kojima really has an almost cult like following among some gamers. Guys like Miyamoto, Sakurai, etc, have big fanbases (with good reason too), but Kojima has a group that practically treats him as a deity.

It should had ended with 4. What we saw after that is the textbook definition of beating a dead horse.

“Wow. So entitled so salty. He speaks of the game/series like he somehow owned the rights to any of it. I honestly was never blown away with Hayters performance in the MGS was always so monotone and expressionless.”

“If the information is correct by Hayter’s own admission, Kojima had always intended to have a different voice actor to portray Big Boss and Solid Snake.”

I have to disagree, this seems entirely like a Kojima thing. Kojima is a frustrated movie director stuck as a game designer. And it makes no sense for Konami to be the ones wanting to replace Hayter. MGSV was their most expensive game and they were trying to cut costs. Why would they want to remove Hayter when Hayter

Especially when the Japanese version had the exact same va from all the previous games.

Seeing how Konami wanted to cut cots, I doubt they wanted to bring unnecessary star power when Hayter was already loved for his job as Snake.
