Just hook yourself up to a dialysis machine and enjoy.

I'm only interested in Thanos being defeated by the delicious taste of Hostess Fruit Pies.

I don't see that it fails though, I think you're confusing "missing the point" with "trying something different." Let Me In is trying something that is, admittedly a little more toothless than the original film. Owen isn't nearly the budding serial killer that Oskar is, and Abby seemingly doesn't have the same

Considering the original barely dipped its toe into what the book was about and left audiences questioning the sincerity of Eli's love for Oskar, arguably both versions missed the point.

I would argue with that, even shot for shot a remake still be its own thing. Look at Funny Games, look at Psycho. We have this weird disconnect where a remake to a movie has to be either shockingly different or massively better to be worthwhile, but that's dumb.

I wouldn't say it's pointless, both versions of the movie left out a lot of stuff but most of what was left out would only fly on cable, so a TNT show would be pointless.

Eyepatches are hereditary in the Fury family.

Dislike is too strong a word, but yes. I went to the place that's in all the TV shows and movies (Joe's?). I was unimpressed by the chewy cardboard crust (I have no qualms with thick or thin crust but I like it to have a crispness to it), I found the cheese to be overly oily, and the flavor was good but no better

I don't care anymore.

Don't feel sorry for her for that, feel sorry for her for the character she played in Maximum Overdrive. (Basically herself but horribly shrill, and with a bad southern accent.)

The weirdest case of this I've found was the show Arthur, which with a few exceptions (I think Buster and Binky always been voiced by the same people) uses a rotating stable of child actors to voice the characters but Arthur's little sister D.W. is always voiced by a boy actor.

I believe I speak for everyone when I say, "Grimm wasn't cancelled three years ago?"

I'm going to be the one to ask a probably really stupid question. Is there any reason why plastic milk jugs couldn't be reused in a similar manner? They're pretty sturdy and eminently washable.

My wife is known to buy several jugs of milk when it's going for less money and freeze it for later consumption. It gets a little watery but it's mostly okay when it's unfrozen.

I think maybe even half was a bit of an overestimate, he created 3/4 of the Marvel Universe but Joe Simon, Steve Ditko, and some others certainly had their own hands in that process and aside from the New Gods Kirby created mostly obscure characters that pop up once in a while as a neat throwback.

It's just bait for the Oscars that live in my black black heart.

That's the thing about microbudget b-movies. They're all shoddy as hell but people who were genuinely good could come up with solutions that elevated the material. It's why so many of our legendary filmmakers have roots in Roger Corman movies.

Nah, he only has a couple westerns. The others are a futuristic sci-fi thing and a modern-day detective novel, he also wrote a horror movie that takes place in an asylum. He's a horror fan and most horror fans have a soft spot for Puppet Master even if they hate them, there's just something appealing about the idea.

Well considering this is being directed by the people who made Wither, I'd say that gore is a good bet.

He was in the first one, weirdly his acting ability in that movie is so terrible that it seems to suck the talent out of anyone standing near him in a scene.
