This endometriosis sufferer (who would maybe like to have kids) would really like this to work please please please (my endo is horror story BAD)

I have the Mirena for my godawful (I mean beyond) endometriosis. I’m so terrified to take it for the period I’ll have to be off birth control when I try to get pregnant (goddess help me.) also scared to get it switched out and have a new one put in - not sure if I’ll get the months of searing pain again...
