I took my Shun knives to a W-S to be sharpened, and they totally ruined them.
What’s the staff reception like when Magary posts this blog each year?
I used to do demos and cooking classes at our local W-S, including one time a fish sauce caramel that probably stank up half the mall. . . .but I can attest that they do in fact get used pretty regularly, or at least they used to. Although yeah, typically it is more things like cider or mini muffins than really…
Are you required to ask me at least 7 questions as I check out, thus ensuring that I never, ever set foot in the actual store ever again? I just wanted to buy an apron for my dad, man. Nobody helped me on the floor, I don’t want the credit card, yes, I get the catalog, no you can’t have my email, no I don’t want to…
My dad was an engineer at All-Clad for several years. It truly is the greatest stuff you can ever purchase. Their seconds are the way to go though. Twice a year they have a Second’s Sale on-site at All-Clad, in Canonsburg, PA. People flock to it like it’s some kind of religious voyage. I think it might be better than…

Avoid non-stick, as stainless can always be gone over with a steel wool pad if you screw something up and scorch your food. Thick and heavy base…
Ok, All-Clad is what I was thinking, the D5 brushed are pretty but of course I love the copper. Thank you!
Hi Whitney,
Pink Floyd tried to warn us about this dark side like forty years ago.
I hope he makes a recovery like Kevin Everett

The best part is how Harden potentially takes Dwight out of the play. No, wait, the best part is the reaction from the rest of the Clippers. No, wait, the best part is still definitely Austin Rivers falling on his face.
Yeah, but can YOUR starting shooting guard do THIS?
Lord knows that when I look back on all the women I’ve loved, I primarily think about the men they worked for.
