Before I deleted my account I would always ask women the same thing: "So do you want to hear a ridiculous pick-up line or should we skip the awkward stuff."
Me too, but I don't think that's legal anymore.
I'm just here so I won't get unionized.

Blue 42!
Well sure, but his choices were limited. Jim Morrison's already dead.
Griffin has been even worse in his Offense.
Don't forget Foreman-Shavers on the undercard.

Very true and I don't want to dismiss that impact altogether. It is more that this pattern is so universal while the vast sums of a pro contract - and the risk of losing that - is unique. It probably will have an impact but even w/o it, the system and psychology are stacked against victims of abuse.
Sadly, the history of being unwilling to cooperate is long, unrelated to Ray Rice and directly related to the box that abusers successfully construct around their victims. We have never really heard about an abundance of NFL players (or other pro athletes) going to jail for abusing wives, girlfriends, fiancees though…
You laugh, but this guy lost eight pounds of self-respect in a week.
Yes, I agree with Tim here. Far better to record it for posterity and allow us to hurl insults his way, much like his editors' decision to allow him to post his cereal rankings.
This is why people have such insecurities about working out at the gym; you're supposed to be able to do weirdshit.
Hasn't Dwyane Wade won 3 championships doing this?
He's not delusional he's just fucking stupid which is why he still can't figure out how to pull the pin on his tattoo and commit suicide.
Of course he picked it up. It's his contract extension.
