I've never seen any evidence of him being thin-skinned. Even South Park's two-parter about how much Family Guy sucks didn't make him say any more than Matt and Trey had every right to make fun of the show.
It's a joke from a more innocent time.
If it's as good as the Japanese version, I'll get on my knees for this film.
What's your favorite Bresson sound effect? I personally love the pacing of the guard's feet in A Man Escaped.
I didn't pay attention to the ads for this movie, but finding out that it was directed by Robert Zemeckis put it right at the top of my movie list. Who Framed Roger Rabbit is my favorite movie, and Death Becomes Her is also very good.
From one Astorian to another: howdy howdy howdy.
Bee Movie is still on Pornhub for those who are into hardcore Dreamworks.
We should have gotten the Electoral College over a century ago and certainly sixteen years ago. However, I don't cotton to the idea of agreeing to the rules of the game that whoever got 270 electoral votes first would win and then rebelling when the results don't turn out the way we want. It tells me that no good movie trailer is too long and no bad movie trailer is too short. That one belongs to the latter.

I have only watched it once (though I have the Criterion DVD), maybe because it's like a mug of hot honey-tea: it has kept a small part of myself warm in the belief that being good to others is one of the highest…
I vote every year, so does that make me the smartest man on the ash pile?
It's like it's 1942 all over again.
The way I see it, if the world ends in a year, does it really matter if you don't get that novel published?
In this time of strife, I'm glad that we can invoke Holocaust imagery.
Odd how so many of us are not rich enough to clean our own house.
I started watching that last week, and I didn't realize I had seen it already until several minutes in, reading the synopsis on Wikipedia, and watching the trailer on Youtube. It was that forgettable.
Many of the situations in horror movies would be hard to believe in real life. I doubt most of us would believe that a serial killer could get us in our dreams should someone claim that they were physically attacked by such.
I don't see a beating, that's for damn sure.
